01 What is Heaton Fulfilment



Heaton Fulfilment is a UK-based trainer sourcing and fulfilment service for online sellers and e-commerce brands. Access live inventory at competitive trade prices without holding stock yourself. When you make a sale, we pick, pack and dispatch directly to your customer.



02 Is there a cost to get started?


There are no setup fees. Browse our live inventory, place an order using your customer’s delivery details and we handle the rest. Alternatively, sync our inventory directly to your Shopify store at no additional cost.



03 Do you offer same-day dispatch?



Yes. Orders placed before 4PM Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day, with Royal Mail Tracked 24 included in all prices. Orders placed after 4PM are dispatched the next working day.


04 Can I personalise orders for my customers?


Yes. You can include your own packing slip or business cards with your orders, helping maintain a consistent experience for your customers.

05 Do I need to hold any stock?



No. Sell directly from our live inventory without holding stock yourself. When you make a sale, place the order with us and we’ll fulfil it directly to your customer.



06 Can I sync inventory with my Shopify store?


Yes. Sync our live inventory directly to your Shopify store at no additional cost, allowing you to sell our stock as your own. Contact us via email or WhatsApp to get connected.



07 Do you dispatch directly to my customer?


Yes. Enter your customer’s delivery details at checkout and we’ll pick, pack and dispatch the order directly to them.
