1. About Heaton Fulfilment

Heaton Fulfilment provides product sourcing, inventory access and fulfilment services to resellers, online sellers and e-commerce businesses.

Our online store and related services are powered by Shopify, which provides the technology used to operate parts of our website and services.

2. Accounts and Information

When using our services, you must provide accurate, current and complete information where requested, including billing, payment and delivery information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

You must not transfer, sell or provide access to your account to another person without our permission.

3. Products and Inventory

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing and inventory information displayed on our website are accurate.

Product appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting, screen settings and device configuration.

Inventory availability can change and products may sell out. We reserve the right to change, limit or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products or services from Heaton Fulfilment.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted by us.

Please review product, size, quantity and delivery information carefully before submitting an order. Once an order has entered fulfilment, we may be unable to amend or cancel it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock discrepancies or other operational issues.

5. Resale and Fulfilment

Heaton Fulfilment works with resellers and e-commerce businesses, and products purchased through our service may be purchased for commercial resale where appropriate.

Where a customer delivery address is supplied, we may fulfil and dispatch the order directly to your end customer.

You remain responsible for your relationship with your own customers, including the retail prices you charge, your sales channels and any representations you make to those customers.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice.

The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.

You must provide accurate and authorised payment information and are responsible for all applicable charges associated with your order.

Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed or communicated as appropriate.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Where applicable, orders placed before our published 4PM working-day cut-off are processed for same-day dispatch.

UK orders are normally dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Heaton Fulfilment is not responsible for delays caused by delivery carriers, adverse weather, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You should review the Refund Policy before placing an order, particularly when purchasing products for resale or requesting direct-to-customer fulfilment.

9. Stock and Integrations

Where inventory or order synchronisation is made available through Shopify or third-party integrations, we aim to provide accurate and timely information.

However, inventory levels may change rapidly and we cannot guarantee that third-party platforms will update instantaneously or operate without interruption.

Third-party integrations may also be subject to their own terms, availability and technical limitations.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may use or link to third-party platforms, applications and service providers.

We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their independent services, availability, content or policies.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

11. Relationship With Shopify

Heaton Fulfilment is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide parts of our online services.

Sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Heaton Fulfilment and not with Shopify.

Shopify is not responsible for products purchased from Heaton Fulfilment or for the fulfilment of transactions between Heaton Fulfilment and its customers. This preserves the substance of the Shopify relationship clause contained in your existing terms.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected through our services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our services are hosted using Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify in connection with providing its services.

13. Intellectual Property

The Heaton Fulfilment name, branding, website content, graphics, text, designs and other materials owned by us may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without our prior permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Acceptable Use

You may only use our website and services for lawful purposes.

You must not use our services to:

Commit or facilitate unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Infringe the rights or intellectual property of another person.
Transmit malicious software or harmful code.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or accounts.
Interfere with the security or operation of our services.
Collect information from our services using unauthorised automated or scraping methods.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services where a user materially breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity, misuses our services or where suspension is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect Heaton Fulfilment, our customers or our systems.

Obligations that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
